Medicare RN
RN License RequiredMedicare RN manages all skilled residents in this Skilled Nursing Facility.
Medicare RN will work with families and physicians to ensure smooth transition and highest level of clinical care.
Will participate in daily Clinical Leadership meetings and work closely with the MDS Nurse and DON.
Some on-call duties will be required.
