Hours for this position are: Sunday (12:30-5:30 p.m.); Monday-Thursday (8:30-5:30 p.m.)
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for promoting the company's products, services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The primary focus of this role is to help Sysco customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company.
This position will also require non-traditional hours which may include evening, weekends, and/or holidays, in order to successfully meet customer needs.

Essential Duties:
Assists customers via telephone with orders, questions, concerns, etc.
Maintains and answers all email communication
Keys in orders, credit information, etc.
Verifies all electronic transmissions
Assists Account Excustive with customer needs
May be assigned additional clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
10-Key Touch
Previous CRT experience
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet all scheduled deadlines
Preferred Requirements:
Previous Customer Service experience
Previous Sysco product knowledge
Bilingual-English/Spanish or English/Mandarin and Cantonese a plus

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
